I don't have a screen but I think it's the scene I already mentioned with the Biker. If you look at the Book when he writes in the name I think he already wrote it down but missspelled it. I'm not sure I can't read it but the line above the one he is writing is kind of similar.

Yay the game is finally over! Congratz Blayce =3... If you look at the book during that scene you will see the name writen down multiple times because he doesn't know the spelling of the name. After all he only heard the guy say his name.

That wasn't an easy one. The scene where he writes the name is very short and since I can't read it I didn't notice it. ^^
